| 目的调查某医学中心门急诊儿童中成药处方临床使用情况，以提高儿童中成药合理用药水平，保障儿童用药安全。方法采用回顾性调查分析方法和分层定比抽样法随机抽取海南省妇女儿童医学中心 2018年 1—12月门急诊儿童中成药处方，按照有关规定进行点评。结果应用中成药的病儿年龄分布在 12岁以下占比 98.33%。其中 1~3岁年龄段使用比率最高，达到 40.58%。儿童中成药处方中使用单一品种比率较高，达到 54.33%。儿童中成药作用类别以止咳化痰、清热解毒、解表、消食化积类最多。儿童中成药处方 82.25%为西医师开具，中医师开具儿童中成药仅占 17.75%(儿童就诊选择西医科室的绝对数量多)。不合理处方主要为临床诊断不规范 62.26%、无理由使用超过 7d用量 15.85%、用法用量不适宜 13.21%等；儿童中成药药品不良反应( ADR)主要以皮肤系统、消化系统为主，一般较为轻微。结论该医学中心门急诊广泛应用中成药治疗儿童疾病，儿童中成药使用情况总体安全，但仍应加强西医师、西药师合理应用中成药知识培训。 |
