| 随着影像学诊断技术的进步和临床治疗水平的提高，非手术治疗创伤性脾破裂，逐渐成为一种安全可行的治疗措施之一，主要包括保守治疗和脾动脉栓塞治疗。非手术治疗已成为血流动力学稳定的创伤性脾破裂的标准治疗，但应严格把握非手术治疗的适应证和注意事项，及时发现腹腔内再出血或其他脏器合并伤，做好随时中转手术的准备。该文查阅创伤性脾破裂非手术治疗文献资料，总结非手术治疗经验。探讨非手术治疗对创伤性脾破裂的临床应用价值。 |

| With the progress of imagine diagnosis and clinical management，non?operative management for patients with blunt splen? ic injury has become a safe and feasible choice，which mainly includes conservative management and splenic artery embolization.To assess the clinical value of non?operative management for patients with blunt splenic injury.Non?operative management of hemo?dynamically normal patients with blunt splenic injury is the standard of care. However，indications and precautions for non?opera?tive management should be strictly followed.Prompt operative management is needed once intraperitoneal rehaemorrhagia or associ?ated injuries is found. The liteature and summarize the experience of non?operative management for patients with blunt splenic inju?ry were reviewed and summarized. |
