      目的分析静脉药调配中心(简称静配中心)护理人员焦虑状况及影响因素,为静配中心的管理、培训和职工关怀等政策提供指导。方法以调查问卷的形式了解西安市、咸阳市、宝鸡市拥有静配中心的三级综合医院 239名静配中心护理人员基本特征和焦虑状况,应用单因素分析和多因素分析的方法分析其影响因素。结果在调查的 239名护理人员中,焦虑自评量表( SAS)得分范围为 38~82分,得分( 53.45±13.12)分,显著高于国内常模的( 33.80±5.90)分,差异有统计学意义( t=16.35,P< 0.01)。在焦虑程度方面,有 44.35%(106/239)的护理人员无明显焦虑症状, 39.33%(94/239)有轻度焦虑, 12.13%(29/239)有中度焦虑, 4.18%(10/239)有重度焦虑,焦虑症状发生率为 55.65%。年龄、工作年限、职称、任职方式、担心出错程度与焦虑的发生显著相关( P<0.01),且均是焦虑发生的独立影响因素( P<0.01)。结论静配中心护理人员焦虑发生率较高,应根据不同的影响因素在静配中心的管理、培训和职工关怀等方面有相应的对策来减少护理人员的焦虑,提高静配中心工作效率。
英文摘要:
      Objective To analyse the current status and influence factors of anxiety among nurses working in pharmacy intravenous admixture services(PIVAS),and to provide guidance about surpervision,trainning and worker care.Methods We studied the fun? damental features and current status of anxiety via questionnaires of 239 nurses working in PIVAS in Xi'an,Xianyang and Baoji. The influence factors were analyzed by Single factor analysis and multiple factors analysis.Results Among the 239 nurses sur? veyed,the score of SAS ranged from 38 to 82,and the score was(53.45±13.12),which was significantly higher than that of the do? mestic norm(33.80±5.90),and the difference was statistically significant(t=16.35,P<0.01).In terms of anxiety level,44.35%(106/239)nursing staff had no obvious anxiety symptoms,39.33%(94/239)had mild anxiety,12.13%(29/239)had moderate anx? iety,and 4.18%(10/239)had severe anxiety.There are 55.65% of nurses suffered from anxiety in our study.Ages,years of working, the title of technical post,service mode,worrying about making mistakes are obviously correlated with the occurence of anxiety(P< 0.01),which are the independent influence factors of the occurence of anxiety(P<0.01).Conclusion The occurrence rate of anxi? ety among nurses working in PIVAS is very high.It is crucial to develop some policy about management,training and worker’s care to relieve the anxiety of nurses,which is helpful to improve work efficiency of PIVAS.
