| 目的探讨利妥昔单抗治疗婴儿难治性自身免疫性溶血性贫血( AIHA)的疗效。方法回顾性分析郑州儿童医院 2015年 10月至 2016年 12月收治的 5例 AIHA病儿，采用利妥昔单抗治疗(每次 375 mg/m2每周 1次，共 4次)随访利妥昔单抗治疗后淋巴细胞亚群、血红蛋白等的变化情况。结果 5例病儿诊断AIHA后均首先选用糖，皮质激素及丙种球，蛋白治疗，初期应用 |

| Objective To investigate the efficacy of rituximab in the treatment of refractory autoimmune hemolytic anemia(AIHA) in infant.Methods Rituximab was given at a dose of 375 mg/m2 for glucocorticoid and human immunoglobulin for intravenous injec?tion were used as the first line therapy in the five patients who were diagnosed with AIHA.The changes of lymphocyte subsets，hemo? globin，Coomb’s test were followed up after using rituximab.Results 5 cases of infant with AIHA were treated with glucocorticoidand human immunoglobulin. It was ineffective for patients by using glucocorticoid and human immunoglobulin in the beginning. Theeffect of rituximab in five patients was affirmed in our study.Four patients was cured and one patient was dead because of severe in? fection.Conclusion Rituximab is both effective and safe for the treatment of refractory autoimmune hemolytic anemia in infant. |
