| 目的了解芜湖市区域二级甲等及以上公立医院临床药学发展现状，为提升医院临床药学服务水平提供参考。方法采用问卷调查和现场访谈结合的方法，对芜湖市区域 10家二级甲等以上医院的药学人员配备、临床药师基本分布、临床药学工作开展情况、临床药学教学与科研及临床药师继续教育情况进行调查，并对结果进行统计分析。结果受访 10家医院中药学人员数占专业技术人员数的总体比例为 4.6%。共有 51名临床药师，其中初级职称占 37.3%，高级职称占 5.9%；以 40岁以下、初中级职称、本科学历和全职临床药师为主；开展的临床药学工作主要有医嘱与处方点评( 100%)、临床查房( 70%)、临床会诊和疑难病例讨论( 90%)、临床给药方案设计( 70%)、书写药历( 60%)、病案分析( 70%)、编辑药讯( 90%)、编辑医院处方集(80%)、门诊药物咨询( 80%)、病人用药教育( 90%)和为医护人员提供药学信息( 90%)；受访医院中仅有 1家为临床药师培训基地；临床药师继续教育地点主要以省内为主，继续教育级别以院内学术讲座为主。结论目前，芜湖市区域二级甲等以上公立医院的临床药师工作项目已基本覆盖临床药师常规工作内容，但临床药师人员数量与质量、临床药学科研质量、继续教育等方面仍有不足。 |

| Objective To investigate the development of clinical pharmacy in above Ⅱ?level first class hospital of Wuhu and pro?vide reference for improving pharmaceutical care level of the hospitals.Methods A method of combining questionnaire survey andon?site interview was employed to investigate stuffing situation of the pharmacy department，general distribution of the clinical phar? macist，clinical pharmacy development，clinical pharmacy teaching and scientific researching，continuing education and training in the Ⅱ?level first class and higher?lever hospitals of Wuhu area，and then the data was statistically analyzed.Results The propor?tion of pharmacy personnel in the 10 hospitals surveyed accounted for 4.6% of the total number of professional technicians.Among10 hospitals，there were 51 clinical pharmacists in total，among whom the primacy pharmacist accounted for 37.3% and chief phar?macist accounted for 5.9%.Most of them were younger than 40 years old，worked full?time，had bachelor degree and junior or mid? dle professional title.The clinical pharmaceutical projects mainly included doctor’s advice and prescription review(100%)，ward rounds(70%)consultation/case discussion(90%)dosage regimen designing(70%)medication history writing(60%)，medical recordanalysis(，70%)，editingpharmaceuticalnews，(90%)andhospitalprescription，sets(80%)， outpatient drug counseling(80%)，education of treating patients(90%)and providing pharmaceutical information for medical staffs(90%).Among the sur? veyed hospitals，only 1 hospital had the qualification of clinical pharmacist training base；clinical pharmacists continuing education place was mainly within the province，and the level was mainly the nosocomial academic lecture.Conclusions So far，the clinical pharmacists in the general public hospitals of Wuhu have a number of clinical pharmacists work projects，and the routine clinical pharmacists work content can be covered basically.However，there is still a great development space for the quantity and quality of clinical pharmacists，the quality of clinical pharmacy researching and continuing education. |
