      随着现代检验医学的迅速发展,新技术不断涌现,对我国高等医学院校如何培养医学检验技术人才提出了新的挑战。 2012年国家教育部下发通知,将医学检验改为医学检验技术,学制调整为四年,授予理学学士学位。人才培养目标由原来的“医学高级人才”改为实践能力强、具有一定科研潜能的“应用型医学检验专门人才”,在新形势下,笔者从课程设置,师资配备、教学方法、实习方案、教学质量保障五方面探讨了四年制医学检验技术人才的培养模式,旨在为社会培养出更多优秀的高级应用型医学检验技术人才。

      With the rapid development of modern laboratory medicine and the emergence of new technologies,new challenges havebeen posed to the training of medical laboratory technicians in medical colleges and universities in China.In 2012,the Ministry of Education issued a circular to change Medical Laboratory to Medical Laboratory Technology,adjust the educational system to four years,and award a Bachelor of Science degree.The goal of personnel training has changed from "senior medical personnel" to "ap?plied medical laboratory specialists" with strong practical ability and certain scientific research potential.Under the new situation, the author discussed the training mode of four?year medical laboratory technicians from five aspects of curriculum,teacher alloca? tion,teaching methods,practice program and teaching quality guarantee,aiming at cultivating more excellent senior applied medical laboratory technicians for the society.
