      目的探讨健康教育路径在腰椎间盘突出症单纯髓核摘除手术病人健康教育中的应用效果。方法选择芜湖市第二人民医院骨科 2016年 1月至 2018年 10月收治的 42例需要进行单纯髓核摘除手术治疗的腰椎间盘突出症病人为研究对象,应用随机数字表法将病人分为观察组和对照组各 21例。对照组采用传统的健康教育方式;观察组采用健康教育路径的宣教方式。比较两组病人健康教育内容掌握程度及对护理工作的满意率。结果观察组病人对健康教育内容掌握率高于对照组( 90.5%比 66.7%,χ2=4.095,P=0.043)。观察组病人对护理工作的满意率优于对照组( 95.2%比 71.4%,χ2=4.286,P=0.038)。结论健康教育路径应用于腰椎间盘突出症单纯髓核摘除手术病人,有利于病人对健康教育内容的掌握,提高了病人对医护人员的满意程度,使病人更加良好的配合治疗。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the effect of health education pathway in health education for patients with lumbar disc hernia?tion undergoing simple nucleus pulposus extraction.Methods 42 patients with lumbar intervertebral disc herniation in Wuhu Sec? ond People’s Hospital who needed simple nucleus pulposus extraction from January 2016 to October 2018 were selected as the re?search objects.The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 21 cases in each group.The control group was given traditional health education,while the observation group was given health education.The mastery ofhealth education content and satisfaction with nursing work were compared between the two groups.Results The mastery rate of health education content in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(90.5% vs. 66.7%,χ2=4.095,P= 0.043).The satisfaction rate of the patients in the observation group was better than that in the control group(95.2% vs. 71.4%,χ2=4.286,P=0.038).Conclusion The application of health education pathway to patients with lumbar disc herniation undergoing simple nucleus pulposus removal is beneficial for patients to master the contents of health education,which can improve patients’
