| 目的观察复方利多卡因乳膏联合普瑞巴林治疗带状疱疹后神经痛( PHN)的疗效。方法 2015年 12月至 2017年 12月荆州市第一人民医院 69例 PHN病人用随机数字表法分为试验组( 35例)和对照组( 34例)。试验组:普瑞巴林 150 mg，2次/天口服，联合应用复方利多卡因乳膏外擦患处， 2次/天；对照组:单独应用口服普瑞巴林 150 mg，2次/天口服。两组均分别治疗 8周。记录两组病人治疗前及治疗后 2、4、6、8周时的疼痛评分［视觉模拟评分法( VAS)］治疗前及治疗 8周后睡眠状况、生活质量及不良反应发生情况。结果由于失访 5例，因严重不良反应退出 4例，最终标本总数，60例，两组各 30例。治疗前试验组、对照组的 VAS评分为(7.03±1.21)分、(7.06±1.56)分，治疗 2周后降至( 4.03±1.35)分、(6.13±1.48)分，组间比较差异也有统计学意义( t＝5.742，P＝0.000)治疗后 4、6、8周亦存在相似情况。治疗 8周后睡眠状况及生活质量均得到改善，且试验组改善程度明显优于对照组，差异有统，计学意义( t＝15.208、21.893，均 P＝0.000)两组不良反应主要为头晕、嗜睡，差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)。结论复方利多卡因乳膏联合普瑞巴林对 PHN病人的临床效，果优于单独应用普瑞巴林。 |

| Objective To observe the effect of compound lidocaine cream combined with pregabalin on postherpetic neuralgia(PHN).Methods Sixty?ninepatients with PHN treated in the Fist Hospital of Jingzhou City from December 2015 to December2017 were divided into experimental group(35 patients)and control group(34 patients)randomly.Experimental group was treated with pregabalin 150 mg orally twice a day，combined with the use of compound lidocaine cream on the skin area of pain twice aday.Control group was treated with pregabalin 150 mg orally twice a day.Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.The analgesic effect(visual analogue scale，VAS)before and 2，4，6，8 weeks after treatment，and sleep status，quality of life，adverse reactions before and 8 weeks after treatment were recorded in both groups.Results There were 5 patients of lost follow?up and 4 patients of with?drawal due to serious adverse reactions.The total number of final samples was 60，with 30 cases in each group.Before treatment，the VAS scores of the experimental group and the control group were(7.03±1.21)and(7.06±1.56)，which decreased to(4.03±1.35) and(6.13±1.48)after 2 weeks of treatment.There were statistically significant differences between the two groups(t＝5.742，P＝ 0.000).Similar situations also existed in 4，6 and 8 weeks after treatment.After 8 weeks of treatment，the sleep status and quality of life were improved，and the improvement degree of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group， the difference was statistically significant(t＝15.208，21.893，both P＝0.000).The adverse reactions of the two groups were mainly dizziness and lethargy，the difference was not statistically significant(P＞0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of compound lido?caine cream combined with pregabalin on PHN patients was better than that of pregabalin alone. |
