| 目的探讨品管圈活动提高药师对不合理用处方审核能力的应用价值。方法 2017年 6—12月连云港市赣榆区人民医院门诊药房成立“拉手圈”，由药房 7名工作人员自发组成，每周定期开展 1次圈员活动，将品管圈活动应用到药师对不合理用药处方的审核中，分析其原因，制定相应的对策并实施，同时评估该活动的效果。结果开展品管圈活动后，门诊药房不合格处方数由 21.8%降低到 17.5%，不合理用药处方未审出率由活动前的 53.0%降低到 19.9%。结论推行品管圈活动能提高药师对不合理用药处方的审核能力，提升专业水平，病人用药安全性得到保障。 |

| Objective To explore the value of quality control circle activities in improving pharmacists’ability to review irrational prescription.Methods From June to December 2017，the Outpatient Pharmacy of Ganyu District People’s Hospital in Lianyun? gang City established a "handling circle"，which was composed of 7 staff members of the Pharmacy.The quality control circle activi?ties were carried out on a weekly basis and applied to the pharmacist’s ability to review irrational drug use prescription.The rea? sons were analyzed，the corresponding countermeasures were formulated and implemented，and the effect of the activity was evaluat? ed.Results Through quality management circle activity，the rate of unqualified prescriptions in outpatient pharmacies decreased from 21.8% to 17.5%，and the rate of unaudited prescriptions decreased from 53.0% to 19.9%.Conclusion The implementation of quality control circle activities can improve the pharmacists’ability to review irrational drug use prescription，improve their profes? sional level，and ensure the safety of patients’drug use. |
