| 目的探讨原发性肾上腺非霍奇金淋巴瘤的诊断与治疗方案，提高对该疾病的认识。方法回顾 2017年 12月德州市人民医院收治的原发性单侧肾上腺非霍奇金淋巴瘤 1例病人的临床资料，并结合国内外文献进行总结。结果病理诊断为左肾上腺弥漫性大 B细胞型淋巴瘤。术后行 R?CHOP方案治疗，目前无病存活，仍在随访中。结论原发性单侧肾上腺非霍奇金淋巴瘤是一种罕见的恶性肿瘤，临床表现不典型， FDG?PET在诊断上具有优势，确诊需依靠病理。该病预后不良，早诊断治疗可使病人获益，推荐进行减瘤手术后再综合治疗。 |

| Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of primary adrenal non?Hodgkin’s lymphoma(PAL)，and to enhance the understanding of this disease.Methods The clinical data of a patient with PAL admitted to People’s Hospital of Dezhou in December 2017 were retrospectively reviewed and analyzed in combination with relevant literature. Results The tumors were pathologically diagnosed as diffuse large B cell lymphoma of the left adrenal gland.After operation，the patient were treated with R? CHOP regime.At present，the patient is alive and disease?freesurvival，and is still being followed up.Conclusions PAL is a rare malignancy with non?specific clinical manifestation.FDG?PET has an advantage in the diagnosis of PAL.The definitive diagnosis ofPAL depended on histopathology.The prognosis of the disease is poor.Early diagnosis and treatment can be of benefit to the patients.Comprehensive treatment is recommended after surgery of tumor reduction. |
