| 目的探讨临床路径规范下的白内障日间病房对医患满意度及卫生经济学指标的影响。方法选取 2018年 1—4月绵阳市中心医院需要入院手术治疗的白内障病人 705例，其中临床路径规范下白内障日间病房开展的白内障手术 280例，为观察组，传统模式病房开展的白内障手术 425例，为对照组，比较两组医疗质量指标、医患满意度及卫生经济学指标。结果两组医疗质量指标差异无统计学意义；观察组在病人满意度［(98.5±1.683)分比(91.8±3.075)分］及医务人员满意度［(98.7±2.137)分比(86.1±4.082)分］优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论临床路径规范下的白内障日间病房，保障了病人的医疗质量，有效地缓解了病人住院难问题，降低了病人住院费用和医保支出费用，增加了病人满意度和医护满意度。 |

| Objective To investigate the effect of cataract day ward under clinical pathway standardization on doctor?patient satis?faction and health economics indicators.Methods Seven hundred and five cataract patients who needed to be admitted to the Mi?anyang Central Hospital from January 2018 to April 2018 were selected for treatment.Among them，280 cataract surgeries were car?ried out in the cataract day ward under the clinical path standard and were selected as observation group，while 425 cataract surger?ies were carried out in the traditional mode ward and were selected as control group.The medical quality indicators，doctor?patient satisfaction and health economics indicators of the two groups were compared.Results The difference was no statistically signifi? cant on medical quality indicators between the two groups.The satisfaction of patients［(98.5±1.683)vs.(91.8±3.075)］ and the satisfaction of doctors［(98.7±2.137)vs.(86.1±4.082)］ of the observation group were better than those of the control group，and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Cataract day ward under clinical pathway standardization en? sure the quality of patients’medical care，effectively alleviate the difficulty of hospitalization，reduce the cost of hospitalization and medical insurance，and increase patient satisfaction and medical satisfaction. |
