      目的通过在医院个体化药学服务带教中应用以问题为导向(PBL)的教学法,培养满足医院需求的个体化药学服务专业技术人才。方法带教老师准备好教案例,采用 PBL教学模式对个体化药学服务的实习生进行带教。结果通过 PBL教学法在个体化药学服务的实习生中的应用,实习生分析、解决问题,自我学习,语言表达和沟通能力显著提高。结论 PBL教学法在医院个体化药学服务实习生带教中,重视实习生独立思考和解决问题能力的培养,有利于实习生更好、更快的掌握个体化药学服务的工作内容,提高医院个体化药学服务实习生的带教质量。
英文摘要:
      Objective To cultivate professional and technical personnel for individualized pharmaceutical care to meet the hospitalneeds through the application of PBL teaching method to individualized pharmaceutical care teaching in hospitals.Methods The teachers prepared the teaching plans in advance and used the PBL teaching method in the teaching of individualized pharmaceuti?cal care.Results Through the application of PBL teaching method in individualized pharmaceutical care teaching,interns’capabil? ities of problem analysis and solving,independent learning,language performance and communication had been significantly im? proved.Conclusion The PBL teaching method emphasizes cultivating the interns’independent thinking and problem?solving abili? ty in individualized pharmaceutical care teaching,which is beneficial for interns to grasp better and faster the working content of in? dividualized pharmaceutical care,and for teachers to improve the quality of individualized pharmaceutical care teaching.
