| 目的探索奥美拉唑联合加味香砂六君膏用于治疗胃脘痛的有效性及安全性。方法收集 2016年 1月至 2017年 7月在广州中医药大学第一附属医院接受治疗的胃脘痛 50例，按简单随机化 1∶1分成对照组与研究组，对照组病人服用奥美拉唑，研究组在对照组的基础上联合服用加味香砂六君膏，比较两组之间的治疗有效率及不良反应发生率。结果服用药物 3个疗程后，两组证候积分均有下降，研究组(6.10±1.58)分低于对照组(10.37±2.60)分，研究组病人的总有效率为 92.0%，高于对照组(68.0%)，且不良反应发生率(4.0%)低于对照组(24.0%)，均差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论相对于单纯使用奥美拉唑，奥美拉唑联合加味香砂六君膏可提高胃脘痛病人的治疗效果，降低不良反应发生率，在临床治疗胃脘痛中具有较好的应用价值。 |

| Objective To explore the efficacy and safety of omeprazole combined with Modified Xiangsha Liujun paste in the treatment of patients with epigastralgia.Methods Fifty patients with epigastralgia treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guang?zhou University of Chinese Medicine from January 2016 to July 2017 were collected and randomly divided into control group andstudy groupat a simple randomization ratio of 1∶1.Patients in the control group were given omeprazole，while patients in the study group were given omeprazole combined with Modified Xiangsha Liujun paste.The treatment efficiency and adverse reactions be? tween the two groups were compared.Results After taking three courses of medication，the scores of syndromes decreased in both groups，and the score in the study groupwas(6.10±1.58)，which was lower than that in the control group(10.37±2.60).The objec? tive response rate in the study group was 92.0%，higher than that in the control group(68.0%)，and the incidence of adverse reac? tions(4.0%)was lower than of the control group(24.0%)，the differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion Compared with taking omeprazole alone，omeprazole combined with Modified Xiansha Liujun paste can improve the therapeutic ef? fect in patients with epigastralgia，reduce the incidence of adverse reactions，which has good clinical application value in the treat? ment of epigastralgia. |
