| 目的基于成果导向教育理念，建设药物制剂类“金课”，提高教学质量。方法 2016年 12月至 2019年 10月在药品生产技术专业中开展药物制剂类课程改革，分析课程现状，模块化重构课程体系，反向设计和制订教学目标、教学内容，实施工学结合、线上线下混合式等教学方法，探索学、研、证、赛“四融通”教学改革。结果将课程按照实际生产和剂型分为固体制剂制备等三门模块课程；根据专业核心能力要求重新制订了课程教学目标并设计了工学结合的教学内容，突出创新能力等培养；建设了精品在线开放课程和模拟实训车间，学生在创新活动、考证和竞赛等方面成果突出。课程受到学生欢迎。结论基于成果导向的药物制剂“金课”改革与实践，学生学习成果达到预定要求，实现了知识、能力和素质的融合培养，可以在药学类专业课程中推广。 |

| Objective Based on outcomes?based educational concept，to construct a "golden course" of Pharmaceutics Prepara? tion，and improve the quality of teaching.Methods The reforms were carried out on pharmaceutics preparation course in the majorof pharmaceutical production technology from December 2016 to October 2019.The course’s current situation was analyzed，the course system was modularity reconstituted，the teaching goal and content were inverse designed and formulated，the teaching meth?ods were implemented including work?integrated learning and blending learning combined with the online resources learning，the teaching reform was researched through integrating the study，research，certificate and competition.Results The pharmaceuticspreparation course was divided to three module courses according the practical production and dosage form.The teaching goal wasreseted and the work?integrated learning teaching content was designed based on the major’s core ability requirements，and focus on the innovation ability train.Excellent online open course and simulate practice workshop were constructed.The striking achieve?ment was got on the innovation activity，certification，and competition and so on.The courses were popular among students.Conclu? sion Through the teaching reform and practice，the learning effect achieved expected requirements，the integrated training of knowledge，abilities and qualities had been realized.The teaching mode can be promoted in the pharmacy major courses. |
