      目的探讨加速康复外科( ERAS)对剖宫产产妇术后恢复和并发症的影响。方法将安徽省立医院产科 2019年 3、5月份收治的 154例选择性剖宫产的产妇根据时间段分组, 3月收治的剖宫产产妇作为常规组( n=77例)5月份为 ERAS组(n=77例)比较两组的术后恢复及并发症情况。结果较于常规组, ERAS组在术后首次排尿时间[9.4(,7.71,11.72)h比 20.50(183.69)h]、首次下床活动时间[9.25(7.58,11.13)h比 20(17.34,22.38)h]、肛门排气时间[38(20.88,51)h比 44.62(33.28,.13,2,53.40)h]均提前,术后 3d切口疼痛减轻[1(1,2)分比 2(1,2)分]、术后 24 h出血量[265(240,300)mL比 285(250,345)mL]减少、术后住院天数缩短[4(3,4)d比 4(4,5)d],均差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论 ERAS可加快剖宫产术患者术后快速康复,缩短住院时间,且未增加并发症的风险,建议在临床进一步推广。

      Objective To explore the effect of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) on recovery and complications after cesarean section.Methods One hundred and fifty-four cases of selective cesarean section in Department of Obstetrics, Anhui ProvincialHospital from March and May 2019 were assigned according to the time period by random number table. The women with cesarean section admitted in March were divided into the conventional group (n=77) and the ERAS group (n=77) in May, and the postoperative recovery and complications of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the conventional group, ERAS group had earlier time of first urination [9.4 (7.71, 11.72) h vs. 20.50 (18.13, 23.69) h], first time of getting out of bed [9.25(7.58, 11.13)h vs. 20(17.34, 22.38)h] and time of anal exhaust [38 (20.88, 51)h vs. 44.62 (33.28, 53.40)h], less postoperative incision pain [1(1, 2) vs. 2(1, 2)], less bleeding 24h after surgery [265 (240, 300) mL vs. 285 (250, 345)mL]and shorter postoperative hospital stay [4(3, 4) days vs. 4 (4, 5) days], all of which were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion ERAS can speed up the postoperative recovery of cesarean section patients, shorten the length of hospital stay, and do not increase the risk of complications.
