| 目的为门诊实施处方前置审核提供依据，促进门诊合理用药。方法中国人民解放军东部战区总医院于 2019年 2月实施处方前置审核，通过医院管理信息系统( HIS)以及天际审方系统对 2018年 6月至 2019年 9月的处方进行分析，比较实施处方前置审核前后处方合理性的变化。结果处方不合理情况中药品剂型或给药途径不适宜下降了 94.81%(92596/ 97661)；遴选药品不适宜下降了 58.43%(9493/16246)；给药剂量不适宜下降了 47.85%(21867/45697)，该院门诊处方合格率有了明显的提升。结论处方前置审核有效干预了不合理处方，对提高处方合理性，促进门诊合理用药有着重要的推进作用。 |

| Objective To provide the basis for the prescription pre-audit in outpatient clinics and promote the rational use of drugs. Methods The prescription pre-audit were implemented by General Hospital of Eastern Theater of PLA in February 2019. The prescriptions from June 2018 to September 2019 were analyzed through the HIS and the Tianji review system, and the changes in the rationality of the prescriptions before and after the prescription pre-audit were compared.Results In the case of irrational prescription, theinappropriate dosage form or route of administration of traditional Chinese medicine decreased by 94.81% (92596 / 97661); the inappropriate drug selection decreased by 58.43% (9493 / 16246); the inappropriate dosage decreased by 47.85% (21867 / 45697). The qualified rate of outpatient prescriptions in our hospital has been significantly improved.Conclusion Through the prescription pre-audit,the irrational factors of the prescription are analyzed, which effectively intervene the irrational prescription, and play an important rolein improving the rationality of the prescription and promoting the rational use of drugs in outpatient department. |
