      目的优化无患子皂苷的提取工艺,并测定提取物的抑菌活性。方法本研究起止时间为 2018年 3月至 2019年 3月。以乙醇为提取剂,采用超声波辅助法,通过正交试验对无患子皂苷的提取工艺进行研究;采用滤纸片扩散法测定提取物对细菌和真菌的抑制效果。结果无患子皂苷的最佳提取工艺是以 70%的乙醇为提取溶剂,料液比为 1∶5,超声提取 60 min,共提取 3次;无患子皂苷提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草芽孢杆菌和大肠杆菌等细菌的抑菌效果不明显,但可以显著抑菌真菌的生长,对青霉菌、白色念珠菌和黑曲霉的最小抑菌浓度分别为 0.05 g/mL、0.11 g/mL和 0.44 g/mL(生药材 /提取液)。结论无患子皂苷的超声辅助提取法工艺稳定,提取物得率高,且对真菌抑菌效果显著,有很好的开发价值。
英文摘要:
      Objective To optimize the extraction process and to determine the antibacterial activity of saponins from sapindus mukorossi.Methods The study started in March 2018 and ended in March 2019. With ethanol as extracting agent, the ultrasonic-assisted extraction process of saponins was studied through orthogonal experiment and the inhibitory effects of these extracts on bacteria and fungi were measured by disk-diffusion method.Results The optimal extraction condition were: 70% of ethanol concentration, 1∶5 of material-liquid ratio, 60 minutes of extraction time with 3 times of extraction cycles. The Sapindus-saponins extracts had no inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Bacillus subtilis. However, they had significant antifungal activities against 3 kinds of strain.
