| 目的 建立HPLC法同时测定痛经贴剂中柚皮苷、橙皮苷和新橙皮苷的含量。方法 采用高效液相色谱法,以Cosmosil-C18 为色谱柱(5 μm, 4.6 mm ×250 mm)；乙腈—0.1% 磷酸(21∶79)为流动相；流速为1.0 mL· min-1；检测波长为283 nm；柱温为25 ℃；进样量为10 μL。结果 柚皮苷浓度在10.63~340 mg·L-1,橙皮苷浓度在7.81~250 mg·L-1,新橙皮苷浓度在8.13~260 mg·L-1范围内线性关系良好,平均加样回收率分别为98.01 %、97.90 %和98.60 %。结论 该方法简单、准确、可靠,可用于痛经贴剂的质量控制。 |

| Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of naringin,hesperidin and neohesperidin in dysmenorrhea patches by HPLC.Methods The HPLC method was validated using a Cosmosil C18 analytical column(5 μm,4.6 mm × 250 mm)and the mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid (21∶79) at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1 with UV detection at 283 nm. The column temperature was kept at 25℃ and the injection volume was 10 μL.Results The linear ranges of naringin,hesperidin and neohesperidin were 10.63~340 mg·L-1,7.81~250 mg·L-1 and 8.13~260 mg·L-1,respectively.The average sample recovery rates were 98.01 %,97.90 % and 98.60 %,respectively.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reliable,which can be used for quality control of dysmenorrhea patches. |
