      目的 探讨高压氧辅助治疗脊髓损伤的疗效及其部分影响因素。 方法 回顾性分析该院骨科自2014年1—12月收治的83例脊髓损伤患者的临床疗效,根据其高压氧治疗与否分为高压氧治疗组(HBO组)44例和非高压氧治疗组(NHBO组)39例,HBO组再分别根据受伤后开始介入高压氧治疗的时间、脊髓损伤类型及治疗疗程进行分组。按照美国脊髓损伤学会(ASIA)分级对所有患者进行等级评估,分析高压氧辅助治疗脊髓损伤的临床疗效及其部分影响因素。 结果 HBO组有效率高于NHBO组(P<0.05),早期、中期治疗组疗效好于晚期治疗组(P<0.05),不完全性损害组疗效好于完全性损害组(P<0.05),长疗程组疗效好于短疗程组(P<0.05)。 结论 高压氧辅助治疗脊髓损伤是一种安全有效的治疗手段,通过尽早、足疗程治疗可提高其治疗效果,且高压氧对脊髓不完全性损害疗效好于完全性损害。

      Objective To evaluate the efficacy of the adjunctive treatment with hyperbaric oxygen on spinal cord injury and to analyze some of its influence factors. Methods Eighty-three patients with spinal cord injury were recruited in the Affliated Provincial Hospital of Anhui Medical University from January to December in 2014 and were assigned into HBO group(44 cases)and NHBO group(39 cases).All the patients were treated with routine surgical treatment,while the patients in the HBO group received additional hyperbaric oxygen therapy.Meanwhile,the HBO group was assigned into several subgroups according to some of the influence factors.The effects were assessed by the American Spinal Injury Association(ASIA). Results The effective rate of HBO group was significantly higher than that of NHBO group(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the effective rates of the early and medium treatment group,incomplete spinal cord injury group and long protocol group were higher than those of the late treatment group,complete spinal cord injury group and short protocol group,respectively. Conclusions Hyperbaric oxygenation had a great efficacy on spinal cord injury for adjunctive treatment.We recommended that an early and adequate therapy of hyperbaric oxygenation be adopted as soon as possible when the patients got spinal cord injury,which had a better efficacy for incomplete spinal cord injury than complete spinal cord injury.
