| 目的 观察活血化瘀类中药对深静脉血栓形成后综合征(PTS)相关指标的动态影响。 方法 采用回访性统计调查病人的方法。纳入病例按随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组。对照组常规采用西医溶栓和抗凝治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用具有活血化瘀作用的药物的方剂,比较两组的疗效。 结果 通过对63例PTS 病人进行为期9个月的观察,治疗组与对照组血小板内皮细胞黏附分子-1(Pecam-1)、血管细胞黏附分子-1(Vcam-1)、白细胞、中性粒细胞、血栓弹力图、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)和白细胞介素-8(IL-8)比较,均差异有统计学意义。 结论 中西医结合在改善血栓的机化和再通引起的炎性反应等方面都能起到作用,活血化瘀类中药在PTS的治疗中不可或缺。 |

| Objective To observe the dynamic effect of traditional Chinese medicine for activating blood circulation on PTS related indicators. Methods Revisit survey was adopted.The patient were separated into control group and treatment group randomly.In the control group,the thrombolytic and anticoagulant therapy were taken,while the formulae that promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis were prescribed additionally in the treatment group.The therapeutic effect were compared. Results With the nine-month observation of 63 patients with PTS,it showed that there were statistically significant differences between the treatment group and the control group in Pecam-1,Vcam-1,white blood cells,neutrophils,TEG,IL-4 and IL-8,which meantthe traditional Chinese medicine for activating blood circulation could improve negative impacts from several aspects. Conclusions The combination of traditional Chinese medicine with western medicine is beneficial for improving thrombus organization and the inflammatory reaction during the recanalization process,therefore,the traditional Chinese medicine for activating blood circulation is indispensable in the treatment of PTS. |
