| 目的 了解医院介入科人血白蛋白的使用情况,寻找合理使用对策,为介入科临床合理用药提供参考。方法 采用回顾性研究方法,统计分析医院介入科使用人血白蛋白病人的年龄、疾病分布、用药原因、用药前血清白蛋白浓度等情况。结果 314例病人应用人血白蛋白,平均年龄65.51岁,平均用药量67.25 g；其中,肝恶性肿瘤(包括同时患肝硬化)的病人所占的比例最高(40.76%),其次呼吸系统疾病(包括肺恶性肿瘤),为12.74%；总用药量居于前3位的疾病类型为低蛋白血症、肝腹水及其他胸腹水；临床应用适应证符合率为62.42%。结论 医院介入科人血白蛋白临床使用存在一定的不合理性,需加强规范化管理,同时加大临床药师的药学监督及干预措施。 |

| Objective By analyzing the clinical application of human serum albumin in the interventional department to search for the counter measures for rational use of human serum albumin,and provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods Retrospective research methods was used to analyze the utilization of human serum albumin in interventional department of our hospital according to age,distribution of disease,medical reason and the concentration of serum albumin before medication,etc. Results Human serum albumin was used in 314 patients with an average age of 65.51,the average dosages was 67.25 g.Among them,patients with hepatic malignant tumor(including the patients with liver cirrhosis at the same time) is the highest rate,40.76 %,followed by respiratory system disease (including pulmonary malignant tumor),accounting for 12.74 %.The top 3 of total dosage were hypoproteinemia,other ascites and pleural effusion,liver ascites.Clinical indications coincidence rate of 314 cases accounted for 62.42 %. Conclusion There is certain irrational use of human serum albumin in the interventional department of our hospital.It's urgent to strengthen the standardized management,pharmaceutical supervision and intervention by clinical pharmacists. |
