| 随着生活质量和审美观念的提高,病人对于前牙区所展现的美学要求越来越高。相对于全冠等其他修复方式,超薄瓷贴面具有不磨牙、强度高、生物相容性优及美观性好等优点,被临床医生和病人广泛接受。但超薄瓷贴面最终的美学修复效果还受病例的选择、牙齿的处理、黏结剂的选择、医生的经验等多种因素影响。该研究对超薄贴面的应用现状、材料、黏结、临床操作要点进行综述,以期更好地指导临床工作。 |

| With the improvement of the quality of life and the conception of aesthetic,to people,the demand for esthetics is higher in the region of anterior tooth.Compare to other restorations,it′s widely accepted by clinicians and patients as the ultra-thin veneer has the advantage of no-prep teeth,good biological compatibility,and great aesthetic effect,and so on.But,the aesthetic result of the porcelain veneer is affected by many sides,such as the experience of doctors,the choice of cases,the color of binder.In order to guide clinical work better,this paper reviewed the clinical application,materials,bonding technique and clinical operation points of ultra-thin veneers. |
