| 目的 观察吴氏手法对颈性眩晕的临床治疗效果。方法 回顾性分析颈性眩晕病人196例。根据手法治疗方式分为吴氏手法组(手法组)100例和常规手法组(对照组)96例,均进行4周的综合康复治疗,其中手法组接受吴氏手法治疗。治疗前后分别采用头晕评估问卷(DHI)评估眩晕症状对病人日常生活活动的影响程度和头晕评分量表(DARS)评估病人眩晕的严重程度。结果 两组病人一般资料及治疗前的手法组DHI和DARS评分与对照组DHI和DARS评分相比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),具有可比性。经4周康复治疗后,两组病人DHI评分和DARS评分较治疗前明显下降(P＜0.05)。与对照组相比,手法组病人治疗后DHI及DARS评分下降更为明显(P＜0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论 颈椎病致颈性眩晕在经过综合康复治疗后能取得较满意疗效,而吴氏手法相较于常规颈部推拿手法,在颈性眩晕的康复治疗中更具优势,疗效更佳。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Wu′s manipulation to treat cervical vertigo.Methods One hundred and ninety-six patients with cervical vertigo were assigned into Wu′s manipulation group and control group according to the different manual therapies.All patients received comprehensive rehabilitation for four weeks while patients in Wu′s manipulation group accepted Wu′s manipulation on head and neck.The dizziness handicap inventory (DHI) and dizziness assessment rating scale (DARS) were used to evaluate the influence on patients′ activities of daily living and the severity of cervical vertigo before and after comprehensive rehabilitation,respectively.Results The baseline data had no significant difference in both groups(P＞0.05).The data of DHI and DARS after four weeks′ comprehensive rehabilitation were reduced greatly in both groups (P＜0.05).Compared to the control group,the data of DHI and DARS of patients in Wu′s manipulation group were decreased significantly (P＜0.05).Conclusions Symptoms of vertigo in patients with cervical vertigo can be improved by comprehensive rehabilitation.And Wu′s manipulation has great advantage compared with normal manual therapy. |
