| 目的 观察和分析快速康复外科模式在创伤骨科优质护理中的应用效果。方法 80例创伤骨科病人通过随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例,对照组采用优质护理服务模式,观察组在对照组的基础上同时实施快速康复外科模式,比较两组病人的住院时间、疼痛缓解时间、并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果 观察组病人住院时间、疼痛缓解时间、并发症发生率均低于对照组,而护理满意度高于对照组,均差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论 快速康复外科模式与优质护理相结合可以有效缩短创伤骨科病人的住院时间和疼痛缓解时间,降低并发症,提高病人满意度,值得临床推广。 |

| Objective To observe and analyze the outcome of applying fast track surgery mode in traumatic orthopaedic nursing.Methods Eighty cases of traumatic orthopedic patients admitted to hospital were randomized into control group and research group,40 cases in each group.The control group adopted the high quality nursing service mode,while the research group carried out fast track surgery mode in addition to high quality nursing service mode.Two groups of patients were compared in length of hospital stay,pain relief time,complications,and nursing satisfaction.Results The length of hospital stay,pain relief time,complication rates in the research group were signifantly lower than the control group,and nursing satisfaction was higher than control group(P<0.05).ConclusionsFor traumatic orthopedic patients,fast track surgery mode combined with high quality nursing can effectively shorten the length of hospital stay and pain relief time,reduce complications and improve patients′satisfaction,which is worthy of promotion in clinics. |
