中文摘要:
      目的 测定水半夏及其炮制品中无机元素的含量。方法 采用微波法消解样品,电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)测定水半夏及其炮制品中无机元素含量。结果 水半夏及其炮制品中5种重金属(铅、镉、砷、汞、铜)含量均远低于国家药典标准;而铝、钾、钙、铁、钠等元素的量存在较大的差异。结论 揭示了水半夏及其炮制品中无机元素的分布特征,辅料的性质对其炮制品元素分布有一定的影响,为水半夏饮片质量控制和安全性评价提供参考依据。
英文摘要:
      Objective To determinate inorganic elements in typhonii flagelliform rhizoma and its processed products.Methods The contents of inorganic elements in typhonii flagelliform and its processed products were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry with microwave digestion.Results The contents of 5 kinds of heavy metals (Pb,Cd,As,Hg,Cu) in typhonii flagelliform Rhizoma and its processed products were far lower than the Chinese pharmacopoeia standards;there was a significant difference in elements such as Al,K,Ca,Fe,Mg,Na.Conclusion The distributions of inorganic elements in typhonii flagelliform Rhizoma and its processed products was revealed.The properties of excipients have certain influence on the distribution of the elements in the processed products.The research provides a reference for quality control and safety evaluation of typhonii flagelliform rhizoma.
