| 胃癌是世界上最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其致死率在肿瘤中高居第二,手术切除被认为是根治的方法,但是手术风险较大,所以如何提高围手术期的护理就显得尤为重要,快速康复外科(FTS)的围手术期理念被提出后逐渐被应用到外科手术当中,对于提高病人手术后的恢复过程起到了很重要的作用,但是其理念在胃癌手术中的应用却依然存在着争议,该文结合最新的临床实验,对其有效性和安全性进一步讨论和总结。 |

| Gastric cancer is one of the most common malignancies and ranked second for cancer deaths globally.Radical resection of gastric cancer is remains the only potentially curative treatment option,which is generally considered to be high risk surgery.So how to improve the perioperative care is important.Fast track surgery was put forward and has been applied to clinical surgery gradually,which play an important role to improve the outcome of postoperative recovery.However,its core concepts applying to gastric cancer surgery is controversial.Combined with most recent data of clinical trails,the effectiveness and safety of FTS were further discussed in this review. |
