| 腹腔镜胆囊切除术已成为外科学中最常见的腹部微创手术。为了进一步减少手术的侵袭及创伤,更好的达到美容效果,许多更为微创的胆囊切除术如单切口腹腔镜胆囊切除术(SILC)、针式腹腔镜胆囊切除术(MLC)和自然腔道内窥镜手术(NOTES)应运而生,现对胆囊切除术微创新方法进行综述。 |

| Laparoscopic cholecystectomy has become the most common surgical abdomen in the interventional procedure.In order to further reduce the invasion and surgical trauma,achieve better cosmetic results,many of the more minimally invasive cholecystectomy such as single incision laparoscopic cholecystectomy(SILC),minilaparoscopic cholecystectomy (MLC) and natural orifice transluminal endoscopic surgery (NOTES) cholecystectomy were developed.In this study,the methods of minimally invasive methods for cholecystectomy were reviewed. |
