| 目的 促进国家基本药物在临床的合理使用,为进一步完善国家基本药物制度提供参考。方法 按月汇总芜湖市8家公立医院3年来的国家基本药品采购数据,按照药品名称、药品剂型、采购数量、采购金额、质量层次等进行统计分析。结果 2013—2015年,芜湖市采购国家基药品规数分别为460、461、552种,采购金额占比分别为18.33%、18.17%、18.47%；口服制剂采购金额占比分别是52.5%、52.93%、56.63%；采购金额排序前三名的国家基本药物类别是内科用药(中成药)、抗感染类药物、影响血液及造血系统的药物,其中内科用药(中成药)连续三年排序第一。结论 芜湖市2013—2015年国家基本药物采购金额虽逐年提高,但总体还是非基本药物采购占主导地位,落实国家基本药物采购和使用工作还需技术支持,即在医疗、医保、医药联动协同中推进。 |

| Objective To promote the rational use of national essential clinical medicines and provide reference for further complete the system of national essential clinical medicines.Method Monthly gather national essential medicines purchasing data of eight hospitals in 3 years in Wuhu,according to the name of the drug,drug dosage forms,purchase quantity,purchase amount and level were analyzed statistically.Results In 2013—2015,the purchase of the national basic medicines regulation number in Wuhu were 460,1,552 respectively.The percentage of purchase amount were 18.33%,18.17%,18.47% respectively.The percentage of oral preparation purchase amount were 52.5%,52.93%,56.63%respectively.The top three national essential medicines category was internal medicine (Chinese patent medicine),anti-infective drugs,drug affects the blood and hematopoietic system,in which internal medicine (Chinese medicine) for three consecutive years ranked first.Conclusions Among 2013—2015,although national procurement of essential medicines of Wuhu city increased year by year,the non-essential drugs are still in a dominant position overall,the implementation of national essential medicines procurement and use of the technology still needed support and advanced in the medical,pharmaceutical,medi-care linkage cooperation. |
