| 目的 探讨溃疡性结肠炎(UC)活动期病人血清降钙素原(PCT)检测的诊断价值。 方法 选取活动期UC病人180例为观察组,根据Truelove-Witts评分标准进行病情分级,同期选取对照组180例,对比两组PCT、C反应蛋白(CRP)、血沉(ESR)、白细胞计数(WBC)水平的差异。 结果 活动期UC病人PCT、CRP、ESR、WBC水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01)；重度UC病人PCT、CRP、ESR、WBC水平显著高于轻、中度UC病人(P<0.01)。UC病人PCT水平与病情严重程度呈正相关(P<0.01),PCT的ROC曲线下面积(AUC)高于WBC,但低于CRP、ESR(P<0.01)。 结论 血清PCT水平能够预测UC病情严重程度,与CRP、ESR、WBC均有良好的相关性,对于溃疡性结肠炎的诊断具有重要的临床参考价值。 |

| Objective To explore the clinical value of serum procalcitonin (PCT) in the diagnosis of ulcerative colitis (UC). Methods One hundred and eighty cases of patients with active UC were enrolled and categorized as observation group according to the Truelove-Witts classification criteria.The control group consisted of 180 healthy people for physical examinations during the same period.Characteristics of serum PCT levels,C-reactive protein (CRP),erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR),white blood cell count in both groups were comparatively analyzed. Results Serum PCT levels,CRP levels,ESR,WBC in patients with active UC were significantly higher than those in healthy volunteers (P<0.01).The four indexes in severe UC patients were significantly higher than those in mild-to-moderate UC patients (P<0.01).Serum PCT level in UC patients was positively correlated with the disease severity (P<0.01).The area under the ROC curve of serum PCT level was significantly superior to that of white blood cell count and inferior to those of CRP level and ESR (P<0.01). Conclusions Serum PCT level may be used as the predictive indicator for the severity of UC and has certain instructive value in the diagnosis of UC. |
