| 目的 观察生物反馈治疗排便障碍型便秘的临床疗效。 方法 选取腹盆肌存在矛盾运动的排便障碍型便秘病人36例,对每例病人进行6次生物反馈治疗后,观察治疗前后临床症状积分变化以及腹盆肌矛盾运动是否纠正。 结果 经治疗后,病人临床症状明显好转,各症状评分和总积分均显著低于治疗前(P＜0.01),腹盆肌矛盾运动减少,总有效率86.1%。 结论 生物反馈治疗排便障碍型便秘安全有效,能改善病人排便时腹盆腔肌肉的矛盾运动。 |

| Objective To evaluate the efficacy of biofeedback therapy in patients with defecatorydisorder constipation. Methods Thirty-six patients who were diagnosed the defecatory disorder constipation were trained with biofeedback therapy.They received biofeedback therapy for at leastsix times,and the clinical symptoms were compared by symptoms scoresand paradoxical abdominal movementsbetween pretreatment and posttreatment. Results The clinical symptomsof patients withdefecatory disorder constipationwere improved after biofeedback therapy for six times;there was a very significant decrease in total and subscales scores (P<0.01).The paradoxical abdominal movements were significantly reduced.The total effective rate was 86.1%. Conclusions Biofeedback therapy is a safe and effective treatment for defecatory disorder constipation,whichis valuable for improving the paradoxicalmovement between pelvic and abdominal muscles. |
