| 目的 探讨胶囊内镜在小肠出血诊断中的应用价值。方法 对43例可疑小肠出血病人行胶囊内镜检查,对结果进行回顾性分析。结果 43例病人阳性检查结果35例,诊断阳性率81.4%,血管畸形为最常见原因,其次为小肠溃疡及糜烂。检查过程中病人无任何不良反应,除1例胶囊滞留,余均1周内排出体外。结论 胶囊内镜对小肠出血诊断价值高,检查过程安全,耐受性好。 |

| Objective To explore the application value of capsule endoscopy in the diagnosis of small intestinal bleeding. Methods 43 patients with suspected small intestinal bleeding received examination of capsule endoscopy and the results were retrospectively analyzed. Results 35 patients were obtained positive findings among 43 patients,the positive detection rate was 81.4%,vascular malformation were the most frequent lesions identified,the small intestine of ulcers and erosions were less frequently seen.No abnormal clinical manifestations were showed during tests.All of the capsules successfully discharged in vitro within 1 week except one patient. Conclusion Capsule endoscopy is an efficient and secure tool in diagnosing small bowel bleeding with a high diagnostic yield. |
