| 为满足医院和社会对临床药学人才的需求,高等医药院校急需培养具有岗位胜任力的毕业生,其中实践教学是整个培养过程的关键阶段之一。该文通过对国内外临床药学教育发展的概述,分析我国临床药学实践教学现状和不足之处,探索新的教学方法和模式,以期为我国建立以岗位胜任力为导向的临床药学实践教学改革提供参考。 |

| To meet the needs of hospitals and society for clinical pharmacist,universities should cultivate more graduates with position competence.Practical teaching is one of the key stages in the whole training process.Based on a summary of the development of clinical pharmacy education at home and abroad,the problems of clinical pharmacy practice teaching in our country were analyzed in this paper,to explore new teaching methods and modes,thereby providing some references for clinical pharmacy practical teaching reformation. |
