      随着行人工关节置换术患者人数的增多,人工关节的感染率也随之增高。由致病细菌形成的细菌生物膜是人工关节感染的重要原因。人工关节表面形成细菌生物膜后,其对相应抗生素的耐药性会提高10~1 000倍。针对生物膜的研究越来越多,但对其所致感染的诊断至今仍然很棘手。传统常规的诊断方法敏感性及特异性相对较低,不仅延误时机影响治疗,还会带来灾难性后果。该文主要对人工关节置换术术后关节假体感染细菌生物膜的诊断技术及方法进行综述。
英文摘要:
      Prosthetic joint infection is still a very serious problem.The prosthetic joint infection rate is expected to increase with the increasing number of artificial joint replacement.The bacterial biofilm formation of pathogens is an important cause of the artificial joint infection.The antibiotic resistance of bacterial biofilm will be increased by 10-1 000 times.The studies of the bacterial biofilm are becoming more and more,but the diagnosis of infection is still very difficult.The sensitivity and specificity of traditional diagnostic method are comparatively low,which will not only delay the timing of treatment,but also bring about disastrous consequences.In this paper,a review is made on the diagnostic method of bacterial biofilm of prosthetic joint infection after arthroplasty.
