| 目的 探讨细胞自噬相关标志物LC3B和p62在人胃癌组织中的表达水平及其临床意义。 方法 收集80例石蜡包埋人胃癌组织,采用免疫组织化学两步实验法检测LC3B和p62的表达状况,分析它们与胃癌患者临床病理学特征的关系。 结果 胃癌组织LC3B和p62的高表达率分别为68.8%和62.5%；LC3B和p62表达状况与胃癌肿瘤大小、组织学分级、肿瘤淋巴结转移情况和临床分期均差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；相关性分析显示:胃癌组织LC3B和p62表达水平呈显著正相关(rs=0.338,P<0.01)。 结论 肿瘤细胞自噬行为可能参与了人胃癌的恶性演进,LC3B和p62联合表达状况可能作为判定胃癌病情进展以及预测患者预后的潜在标志物。 |

| Objective To investigate the expressions of cell autophagy biomarkers,LC3B and p62,in human gastric carcinoma (GC) tissues,and to analyze their association with GC patient clinicopathological parameters. Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of LC3B and p62 protein in 80 cases of Formalin-Fixed and Parrffin-Embedded GC tissue specimens. Results High expression rates of LC3B and p62 were 68.8% and 62.5% in GC,respectively.Both the expressions of LC3B and p62 were significantly associated with big tumor size,high-grade,tumor lymph node metastasis and late clinical stage of GC (All P<0.05).Furthermore,correlation analysis indicated that there was a significant and positive correlation between the expressions of LC3B and p62 (rs=0.338,P<0.01). Conclusions Increased activity of tumor cell autophagy might be involved in the GC progression.LC3B and p62 might be potential effective biomarkers for monitoring disease progression and predicting survival in patients with GC. |
