| 目的 观察心舒宝胶囊对气虚血瘀型老年高血压患者内皮功能的影响及意义。 方法 选择110例气虚血瘀型高血压老年患者,采用随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,每组55例。对照组给予培哚普利联合辛伐他汀治疗；观察组在对照组基础之上另给予心舒宝胶囊治疗,各组治疗时间均为3个月。治疗后评价各组患者疗效；治疗前后分别检测各组患者舒张压、收缩压等血压指标；检测三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)等血脂指标含量；检测一氧化氮(NO)、内皮收缩因子内皮素(ET-1)、内皮细胞非依赖性舒张功能(GTN)及内皮细胞依赖性舒张功能(FMD)等血管内皮功能指标水平；检测超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)及谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)等氧化应激指标含量。观察不良反应发生情况。 结果 观察组显效率和总有效率分别为58.2%和92.7%,均明显高于对照组；治疗后观察组舒张压及收缩压分别为(113.6±11.3) mmHg和(83.1±9.1) mmHg,均明显低于对照组(均P<0.05)；TG、TC、LDL-C、ET-1及MDA均明显低于对照组(均P<0.05),且HDL-C、NO、GTN、FMD、SOD及GSH-PX均明显高于对照组(均P<0.05)。患者治疗期间均未出现严重不良反应。 结论 心舒宝胶囊对气虚血瘀型老年高血压患者内皮功能具有较好的调节作用,值得进行深入探讨。 |

| Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Xinshubao capsules on endothelial function for elderly patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type of hypertention and hyperlipidemia. Methods 110 elderly patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type of hypertention and hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into observation group (55 cases) and control group (55 cases).The control group was treated with combine with simvastatin；the observation group was given Xinshubao capsules on the base of control group.The treatments of two groups were continuing 3 months.The effects were observed.Before and after treatment,the diastolic,systolic blood pressures,TG,TC,LDL-C,ET-1,MDA,HDL-C,NO,GTN,FMD,SOD and GSH-PX in the two groups were detected.The occurrences of adverse reactions during the treatment were observed. Results The obvious effect rate and total effective rate of observation group were 58.2% and 92.7%,significantly higher than control group (P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of TG,TC,LDL-C,ET-1 and MDA were lower,while the levels of HDL-C,NO,GTN,FMD,SOD and GSH-PX were significantly higher in the observation group than which in the control group (P<0.05).There was no serious adverse action in the two groups. Conclusions The method of the clinical efficacy of Xinshubao capsules on endothelial function for elderly patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type of hypertention and hyperlipidemia can improve the clinical efficacy and worth to the next study. |
