| 目的 比较直肠超声引导下经直肠和经会阴前列腺穿刺活检的并发症发生率。 方法 对101例直肠超声引导下经直肠和经会阴前列腺穿刺患者的临床资料进行分析比较。 结果 术中VAS疼痛评分经直肠穿刺组为(3.43±1.34)分,低于会阴前列腺穿刺组的(5.25±1.70)分,差异有统计学意义(P=0.000)；经直肠穿刺组术后发热及直肠出血例数高于经会阴穿刺组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而两组在肉眼血尿、泌尿生殖系感染、排尿困难/尿潴留等发生率方面差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论 经会阴前列腺穿刺较经直肠穿刺疼痛程度较重,但术后发热、直肠出血等并发症较少。 |

| Objective To compare the complication rates of transrectal prostate biopsy and transperineal prostate biopsy. Methods The clinical data of 101 patients with transrectal and transperineal prostate biopsy were analyzed in Department of Urology,the 94th Hospital of PLA. Results Pain score (VAS) during transperineal prostate biopsy was higher than transrectal prostate biopsy[(3.43±1.34) vs(5.25±1.70),P=0.000].The risks of fever and rectal bleeding were higher for transrectal prostate biopsy compared to transperineal prostate biopsy(P<0.05).There were no statistical differences between transperineal and transrectal prostate biopsy in macrohematuria,urogenital system infection and dysuria/acute retention(P>0.05). Conclusions Transperineal prostate biopsy is more painful than transrectal prostate biopsy,but it can significantly reduce the risks of fever and rectal bleeding. |
