      目的 探讨教练式带教模式对心脏监护室实习护士专业水平的影响。方法 选取90名实习护士按照入科时间不同分为对照组和观察组,每组各45例。对照组采用传统实习带教方式,观察组采用教练式带教模式,比较两组教学效果、综合能力及教学满意度。结果 观察组专科理论、实践操作成绩高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组自主学习能力、临床思维能力、动手能力、理论知识转化能力、沟通及合作能力高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护士对教学内容、方式满意度及对带教老师满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 应用教练式带教模式可有效提高心脏监护室实习护士教学效果,有助于培养护士的临床综合能力。
英文摘要:
      Objective To explore the effect of coaching teaching mode on the professional level of nursing students in cardiac intensive care unit.Methods Ninety nurses were assigned into control group and observation group according to the time of enrollment,45 cases in each group.The control group adopted traditional practice teaching mode while the observation group adopted the coaching mode.The teaching effect,comprehensive ability and teaching satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results The score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The independent learning ability,clinical thinking ability,hands-on ability,theoretical knowledge conversion ability,communication and cooperation ability of the observation group were higher than the control group with significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusions The application of coaching teaching mode can improve the teaching effect on nursing students in cardiac intensive care unit,and help to cultivate the clinical comprehensive ability of nursing students.
