| 目的 探讨老年手术患者发生术后谵妄与艾森克人格特性之间的相关性。 方法 采用艾森克(EPQ)问卷调查对100例手术后发生谵妄的老年患者与100例术后未发生谵妄的老年患者进行对照研究。 结果 研究组患者E量表T值显著低于对照组(P＜0.01),N量表T值显著高于对照组(P＜0.01)。 结论 外科手术老年患者内向型性格者发生术后谵妄者居多,且情绪稳定性差者发生术后谵妄者居多,说明手术患者发生术后谵妄与患者性格类型具有相关性,生物心理因素等都是影响术后谵妄的原因。所以,对于术后谵妄老年患者除了给予镇痛、镇静等药物治疗外,实施心理干预也可以降低术后谵妄的发生率。 |

| Objective To explore correlation between elderly surgical patients occurred the postoperative delirium and the Eysenck personality characteristics. Methods Adopting Eysenck questionnaire (EPQ) were adopted to investigate 100 cases of postoperative delirium elderly surgical patients and 100 cases of normal elderly patients. Results T value in Escale of research patients was significantly lower than of control group (P<0.01) and in Nscale was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.01). Conclusion It illustrated that the elderly surgical patients with introvert characteristics and instable personalities tended to occur postoperative delirium,which were associated with patients′ personality type,biological psychological factors.So,for elderly patients with postoperative delirium,except for analgesic,sedative medications,implementing psychological intervention can also reduce the incidence of postoperative delirium. |
