| 目的 探讨热毒宁联合静脉注射用丙种球蛋白佐治小儿重症病毒性脑炎的临床疗效。 方法 选取宿州市立医院2013年2月至2016年11月收治的小儿重症病毒性脑炎患儿80例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例。对照组给予常规的基础治疗(维持水电解质平衡、控制高热和惊厥、呼吸和循环功能监护与支持、抗病毒等),观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予热毒宁和静脉注射用丙种球蛋白,观察两组患者的治疗效果,患儿的发热、昏迷、惊厥消失的时间,脑电图和脑脊液恢复正常的时间。 结果 治疗后观察组的患儿发热、昏迷、惊厥消失的时间明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组患儿脑电图以及脑脊液恢复正常的时间明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组的治疗总有效率为97.5%明显高于对照组的82.5%,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。 结论 热毒宁联合静脉注射用丙种球蛋白治疗小儿重症病毒性脑炎,可以明显的改善患儿的临床症状,并能够缩短病程,具有较好的治疗效果。 |

| Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Reduning combined with gamma globulin in treatment of acute severe viral encephalitis in children. Methods Eighty children with acute severe viral encephalitis in clinic and wards of this hospital from February 2013 to November 2016 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.All patients were given conventional treatment.The observation group was additional treated with Reduning and gamma globulin.The clinical efficacy,fever,time of coma and convulsions,electroencephalogram (EEG) and the time of normal cerebrospinal fluid were compared between the two groups. Results The time of fever,coma and convulsions in the observation group were significantly shorter than that in the control group (P＜0.05).Observation group with EEG and the time of normal cerebrospinal fluid was significantly shorter than that of control group (P＜0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was 97.50%,significantly higher than that of the control group 82.5%(P＜0.05). Conclusions The treatment of Reduning combined with gamma globulin for children with acute severe viral encephalitis can significantly improve the clinical symptoms,which can shorten the course of the disease with greater efficacy. |
