| 目的 将近红外光谱与人工神经网络算法相结合建立佐匹克隆片的定量分析模型,用于佐匹克隆片的快速检验。方法 采用近红外光谱分析方法获得不同批次佐匹克隆片的光谱数据,借助主成分分析方法对数据进行降维,通过人工神经网络算法建立佐匹克隆片的定量分析模型。结果 主成分分析方法结果显示,选取前10个主成分的累计贡献率为99.07%,可以解释原始光谱99.07%的信息。建立的10-6-1三层人工神经网络模型,对整个样本集的回归系数达到0.994,模型预测结果与实测结果很好吻合,其最大偏差为2.85%,最小偏差为0.02%,平均偏差为0.70%。结论 基于近红外光谱技术与人工神经网络算法所建立的佐匹克隆片定量分析模型快速、准确、绿色环保,可以用于佐匹克隆片的快速检验。 |

| Objective Quantitative analysis model of zopiclone tablets is constructed by near infrared spectroscopy technology combined with artificial neural networks algorithm,for the purpose of quick online determination.Methods Spectroscopy data of different batches of Zopiclone tablets is obtained by near infrared spectroscopy measurement,then principal components analysis method is used for data dimension reduction,and finally quantitative analysis model of Zopiclone tablets is constructed by artificial neural networks algorithm.Results Principal components analysis shows that the first tenth components can explain the original spectroscopy data very well with the accumulative contribution factor of 99.07%.And expectation results of the quantitative analysis model also represent good agreement with the real test results,while its maximum deviation,minimum deviation and average deviation are 2.85%,0.02% and 0.70% respectively.Conclusion Objective Quantitative analysis model constructed by near infrared spectroscopy method combined with artificial neural networks algorithm has the advantage of high accuracy and efficiency,which can be used of the quick online determination of Zopiclone tablets. |
