| 目的 评价2%聚维酮碘凡士林纱布预防阑尾切除术后切口感染临床疗效。方法 2015年11月至2017年3月河北省沧州中西医结合医院收治的阑尾炎180例,区组随机化分为两组,观察组90例以2%聚维酮碘凡士林纱布围绕切口,对照组90例以0.5% 聚维酮碘溶液浸洗切口,比较两组病人术后切口感染率、伤口拆线时间、住院时间以及病人满意度。结果 对照组有10例病人发生切口感染,发生率为11.11%,治疗组术后有3例病人发生切口感染,发生率为3.33%(χ2=4.063,P<0.05);治疗组病人的伤口拆线时间(t=6.499)以及住院时间(t=4.348)显著优于对照组(P<0.05);对照组满意人数为74例,满意率为82.22%,治疗组满意人数为83例,满意率为92.22%(χ2=4.038,P<0.05)。结论 阑尾炎切除术中使用2%聚维酮碘凡士林纱布,能显著降低阑尾炎切口感染率,有利于病人病情康复,缩短病人住院时间,提高病人满意,值得临床进一步研究。 |

| ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical efficacy of 2% iodophor vaseline gauze in preventing incision infection after appendectomy.Methods 180 appendicitis patientsfrom November 2015 to March 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups,with 90 cases in the treatment group treated with 2% iodophor gauze around the incision and 90 cases in the control group treated with 0.5% povidone iodine solution.Suture removal time,hospitalization time and patient satisfaction of incision infection after operation were compared between the two groups.Results There were 3 cases of patients with postoperative incision infection in the treatment group,the incidence rate was 3.33%,while there were 10 patients with incision infection in the control group,the incidence rate was 11.11% (χ2=4.063,P<0.05);of patients with Wound stitches time(t=6.499) and hospitalization time (t=4.348)in the treatment group was significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05);the treatment group with the number of 83 people and the satisfaction rate was 92.22%,the control group with the number of 74 people,the satisfaction rate was 82.22% (χ2=4.038,P<0.05).ConclusionUsing 2% iodophor vaseline gauze in appendicitis resection can significantly reduce the infection rate of appendicitis incision,which is beneficial to patients' recovery,shorten the hospitalization time,improve patient satisfaction,it is worthy of further clinical research. |
