| 目的 复习1例罕见胃密集性炎性息肉病例,为今后临床处理提供治疗参考。方法 分析2015年12月27日安徽医科大学第一附属医院胃肠外科收治的1例罕见的胃密集性炎性息肉病人病情演变、治疗经过及相关文献的复习。结果 此例胃密集性炎性息肉病人经过营养支持、全胃切除术治疗后病人营养不良、贫血等症状得到明显提高,术后病人营养不良、贫血症状明显改善,16个月后随访预后良好,体质量增加10 kg。结论 此类病人应在充分的营养支持基础上积极进行外科干预。 |

| Objective To study a rare case with intensive inflammatory polyps in the stomach,and to provide some evidences for the therapy of these cases.Methods The evolution,treatment and related literature of a patient with rare case of intensive inflammatory gastric polyps admitted to The First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui Medical University on December 27,5 were analyzed.Results Anemia and malnutrition of the patient with gastric-intensive inflammatory polyps was improved significantly by enteral nutrition and total gastrectomy.Follow-up conducted 16 months after the surgery showed good prognosis.Body mass of the patient was increased by 10 kg.Conclusion Surgical intervention is suggested for such patient on the basis of sufficient nutritional support. |
