      目的比较不同施肥方案栽培的黄芪的毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷和黄芪甲苷含量,为进一步研究黄芪栽培的合理施肥提供一定实验依据。方法实验设计了 12个不同的施肥处理,肥料种类、施肥量分别为:不施肥,尿素 0.36 kg/24 m2、0.54 kg/24 m2、 0.72 kg/24 m2,过磷酸钙 0.54 kg/24 m2、0.90 kg/24 m2、1.26 kg/24 m2,有机肥 43 kg/24 m2、86 kg/24 m2、129 kg/24 m2,磷酸二铵 0.65 kg/24 m2、0.75 kg/24 m2,每个处理重复 3次,随机排列,共 36个实验小区,每个小区面积 24 m2。收获期采样干燥后用高效液相色谱法测定样品中毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷及黄芪甲苷的含量。结果施肥能显著提高黄芪中的毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷及黄芪甲苷含量,在施尿素量 0.36 kg/24 m2,合 10.0 kg/667 m2处理下毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷及黄芪甲苷含量最高,分别达到 0.945 1 mg/g及 0.539 9 mg/g,施过磷酸钙 0.90 kg/24 m2,合 25 kg/667 m2处理下( 0.905 1 mg/g,0.581 9 mg/g)次之,不施肥处理的含量(0.205 3 mg/g,0.220 9 mg/g)最低。结论施尿素量 0.36 kg/24 m2,对提高黄芪中毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷及黄芪甲苷含量效果最佳。

      Objective To study the effect of different fertilization treatments on the content of calycosin?7?O?β?D?glycoside and as? tragaloside IV of Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.Bge.var.mongholicus(Bge.)Hsiao and to provide an experimental evidence for further study of rational fertilization of Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.) Bge.var.mongholicus(Bge.)Hsiao.Methods We de? signed 12 different fertilization treatments,the fertilizer type and the amount of fertilizer were as follows respectively:no fertiliza? tion,urea 0.36 kg/24 m2urea 0.54 kg/24 m2urea 0.72 kg/24 m2,calcium superphosphate 0.54 kg/24 m2,calcium superphosphate 0.90 kg/24 m2,calciumsup,erphosphate 1.26 kg/,24 m2,organic fertilizer 43 kg/24 m2,organic manure 86 kg/24 m2,organic fertilizer 129 kg/24 m2diammonium phosphate fertilizer 0.65 kg/24 m2,diammonium phosphate fertilizer 0.75 kg/24 m2.Each fertilization treatmentwasre,peated three times.There were a total of 36 experimental plots and they were arranged randomly;every plot area was 24 m2.The samples were dried after harvest and the content of calycosin?7?O?β?D?glycoside and astragaloside IV of Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.)Bge.var.mongholicus(Bge.)Hsiao was determined by HPLC.Results Fertilization could significantly in? crease the content of alycosin?7?O?β?D?glycoside and astragaloside IV of Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.)Bge.var.mongholicus(Bge.)Hsiao,and the content reached the highest when the amount of urea fertilizer was 0.36 kg/24 m2 or 10.0 kg/667 m2,being0.945 1 mg/g and 0.539 9 mg/g respectively.When the amount of calcium superphosphate was 0.90 kg/24 m2 or 25 kg/667 m2,the contents reached 0.905 1 mg/g,0.581 9 mg/g,ranking the second.With no fertilizer treatment the content(0.205 3 mg/g,0.220 9 mg/g)was the lowest.Conclusion The content of alycosin?7?O?β?D?glycoside and astragaloside IV of Astragalus membranaceus(Fisch.)Bge.var.mongholicus(Bge.)Hsiao is the best when the amount of urea fertilizer was 0.36 kg/24 m2.
