| 目的观察安氏 I类青少年错病人在矫治前后的咬合接触特征的变化情况，并探讨其临床指导意义。方法选择 2013年 5月至 2016年 3月就诊于北京民航总医院口腔正畸门诊 16例安氏 I类青少年错颌畸形病人，于全口 28颗牙粘托槽进行不拔牙矫治，使用 T?ScanⅢ咬合分析仪记录受试者正畸治疗前后的咬合接触特征，并进行比较。结果正畸治疗后 16例病人前牙力百分比平均值减小(8.33±3.85)%(P＜0.05)后牙力百分比增加(8.33±15.13)%(P＜0.05)力中心点 COF(Cen? ter of Force，力中心点距上切牙唇面的垂直距离)向位置后移(4.88±9.86)mm(P＜0.05)，左侧矢状，分离时间减少(0.32± 0.77)s(P＜0.05)右侧分离时间减少(0.19±0.20)s(P＜0.05)，咬合接触时间与前伸分离时间差异无统计学意义(P＞ 0.05)；力分布度变化不明显；仍有 4例病人存在平衡，干扰。结论青少年错病人在规范的矫治治疗后咬合状况会有明显改善，但需注意力分布与咬合干扰，消除咬合隐患后再予拆除矫治器。 |

| Objective To evaluate the changes of occlusal contact characteristics in Angle Class I adolescent patients before andafter orthodontic treatment and the clinical significance.Methods The malocclusion patients of 16 were examined before and after orthodontic treatment with T?Scan Ⅲ system，who wear the appliance on 28 teeth，with no extraction.Results In 16 patients，the percentage of anterior teeth occlusal force reduced by(8.33±3.85)%(P＜0.05)，the percentage of posterior teeth occlusal force im? proved by(8.33±15.13)%(P＜0.05)the sagittal position of Centre Of Force moved(4.88±9.86)mm backward(P＜0.05)，the left disclusion time reduced by(0.32±0.77)s，(P＜0.05)，the right disclusion time reduced by(0.19±0.20)s(P＜0.05)，the occlusion time and protrusion time reduced，but without statistical significance(P＞0.05).The Bite force distribution degrees of balance didn’ t change.Obviously，there is still interferences in 4 patients.Conclusion The occlusion of adolescent patients can be significantly improved after standard orthodontic treatment，but it is necessary to pay attention to the distribution of bite force and occlusal inter? ference，and interferences should be observed and eliminated before remove the appliance. |
