| 目的探讨戊酸雌二醇配伍复方米非司酮和米索前列醇治疗稽留流产的临床疗效。方法选择 2017年 3月至 2018年 7月期间在广东省计划生育专科医院收治的稽留流产病人 108例，按随机数字表法将其分为观察组( 54例)和对照组( 54例)。观察组病人给予戊酸雌二醇配伍复方米非司酮和米索前列醇治疗，对照组病人给予复方米非司酮和米索前列醇治疗，用药后观察 10~12 d，对比两组病人临床治疗疗效。结果观察组病人胚胎排出时间( 51.55±14.87)min、药物流产出血量( 82.90±16.11) mL、清宫术时间( 5.74±1.85)min、药物流产不良反应发生率( 1.85%)、二次清宫率( 0)、术后宫颈粘连发生率( 1.85%)均明显低于对照组［(69.74±17.39)min、(99.07±25.69)mL、(9.89±2.49)min、14.82%、14.82%、12.96%］组间比较差异有统计学意义( P＜ 0.05)。两组疗效比较，观察组病人显效率为 81.48%、有效率为 14.82%、总有效率为 96.30对照组病人显效率为 25.93%、有效率为 51.85%、总有效率为 77.78%，组间对比差异有统计学意义( P＜0.05)。结论戊酸雌二醇配伍复方米非司酮和米索前%，，列醇治疗稽留流产临床疗效显著，且药物流产并发症发生率低，临床依从性好，有推广价值。 |

| Objective To explore the clinical effects of estradiol valerate combined with compound mifepristone and misoprostol inthe treatment of missed abortion.Methods 108 missed abortion patients admitted to Provincial Special Hospital of Family Plan?ning in Guangdong from March 2017 to July 2018 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group(54 cases)and the control group(54 cases).Patients in the observation group were treated with estradiol valerate combined with mifepristone and misoprostol，while patients in the control group were treated with compound mifepristone and misoprostol.After medication，the pa? tient was observed for 10?12 days，and the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups.Results In the observation group，embryo expulsion time(51.55±14.87)min，vaginal blood volume(82.90±16.11)mL，uterine clearance time(5.74±1.85)min，in? cidence of adverse drug flow reaction(1.85%)secondary uterine clearance rate(0)and cervical adhesion rate(1.85%)were signifi? cantly lower than those［( 69.74±17.39)min，(99，.07±25.69)mL，(9.89±2.49)min，14.82%，14.82%，12.96%］in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).The apparent efficiency of the observation group was 81.48%，effective rate 14.82%，total effective rate 96.30%，which of the control group was 25.93%，effective rate 51.85%，total effective rate 77.78%. The apparent efficiency between the two groups was statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion The combination of estradiol valerate with compound mifepristone and misoprostol has significant clinical efficacy in the treatment of missed abortion，low inci? dence of complications of drug flow，good clinical compliance and valuable promotion. |
