| 癌痛是最常见的肿瘤相关症状之一，约 25%初诊癌症病人、 55%正在接受治疗的癌症病人及 66%晚期癌症病人合并疼痛。如果癌痛得不到有效控制将严重影响癌症病人日常活动、自理能力、交往能力及整体生活质量，甚至中断抗癌治疗。因此，癌痛治疗与癌症治疗是相辅相成，癌痛治疗应贯穿癌症治疗的整个过程中。对于癌痛病人应当进行及早、充分、持续和有效的镇痛治疗，其包括常规筛查、正确评估、有效镇痛，预防不良反应、积极患教和定期随访，进而充分缓解癌痛病人的疼痛、降低药物的不良反应和提高癌痛病人的生活质量。 |

| Cancer pain is one of the most common cancer?related symptoms，with about 25% of newly diagnosed cancer patients， 55% of cancer patients being treated，and 66% of advanced cancer patients with pain.If cancer pain can not be effectively con? trolled，it will seriously affect the daily activities，self?care ability，communication ability and overall quality of life of cancer pa? tients，and even interrupt anti?cancer treatment.Therefore，cancer pain treatment and cancer treatment are complementary，and can? cer pain treatment should run through the entire process of cancer treatment.Patients with cancer pain should be treated with early， adequate，continuous and effective relieve pain，which includes universal screening，correct assessment，effective control pain，pre? vention of adverse reactions，active education and regular follow?up，so as to fully alleviate the pain of patients with cancer pain，re? duce adverse drug reactions and improve quality of life for patients with cancer pain. |
