| 目的研究臭氧联合仙灵脾膏治疗老年性阴道炎的临床效果。方法将 2017年 6月至 2019年 3月武汉市东湖医院收治的 140例老年性阴道炎病人作为研究对象，随机数字表法分为四组，各 35例，第一组为单纯药物组(仅采用甲硝唑治疗)，第二组为单纯臭氧组(仅采用臭氧治疗)，第三组为药物联合臭氧组(甲硝唑联合臭氧治疗)，第四组为臭氧联合仙灵脾膏组，均治疗 7d，比较各组疗效、阴道清洁度，临床症状、体征改善情况，治疗前后雌二醇水平，不良反应发生率。结果臭氧联合仙灵脾膏组疗效(治愈、显效、有效和无效例数分别为 14，12，6，3)优于单纯药物组和单纯臭氧组(治愈、显效、有效和无效例数分别为 6， 8，8，13和 9，8，10，8)(P＜0.05)。臭氧联合仙灵脾膏组阴道清洁度优于、单纯药物组和单纯臭氧组( P＜0.05)，药物联合臭氧组阴道清洁度优于单纯药物组( P＜0.05)。阴道分泌物减少、外阴瘙痒感缓解、外阴灼痛感缓解、阴道壁充血消退时间:臭氧联合仙灵脾膏组＜药物联合臭氧组＜单纯臭氧组＜单纯药物组( P＜0.05)。臭氧联合仙灵脾膏组雌二醇水平高于其他三组( P＜ 0.05)单纯药物组、单纯臭氧组、药物联合臭氧组雌二醇水平比较均差异无统计学意义( P＞0.05)。四组不良反应发生率差异无统计学，意义( P＞0.05)。结论臭氧联合仙灵脾膏治疗老年性阴道炎疗效较好，能显著改善阴道内环境，且安全性较高。 |

| Objective To study the clinical effect of ozone combined with Xianlingpi ointment in the treatment of senile vaginitis. Methods One hundred and forty patients with senile vaginitis who were admitted to Wuhan Donghu Hospital from June 2017 toMarch 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were assigned into the simple drug group(only treated with metronidazole)， the simple ozone group(only treated with ozone)，the drug with ozone group(treated with metronidazole combined with ozone)and the ozone with Xianlingpi ointment group，with 35 cases in each group.All patients were treated for 7 days.The curative effect，vagi? nal cleanliness，clinical symptoms，improvement of signs，estradiol levels before and after treatment and incidence of adverse reac? tions were compared among groups.Results The curative effect of the ozone with Xianlingpi ointment group(cured，markedly ef? fective，effective and ineffective cases were 14，12，6，and 3，respectively)was better than that of the simple drug group(cured， markedly effective，effective and ineffective cases were 6，8，8，and 13，respectively)and the simple ozone group(cured，markedlyeffective，effective and ineffective cases were 9，8，10，and 8，respectively)( P＜0.05).The vaginal cleanliness of the ozone with Xianlingpi ointment group was better than that of the simple drug group and the simple ozone group(P＜0.05).The vaginal cleanli? ness of the drug with ozone group was better than that of the simple drug group(P＜0.05).The order of decreased vaginal secre? tions，relief of genital itching，relief of genital burning pain and subsiding time of vaginal wall congestion from good to poor was as follows:the ozone with Xianlingpi ointment group，the drug with ozone group，the simple ozone group and the simple drug group(P＜0.05).Estradiol levels in the ozone with Xianlingpi ointment group were higher than those in the other three groups(P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in estradiol levels among the simple drug group，the simple ozone group and the drug with ozone group(P＞0.05).There was no significant difference in incidence of adverse reactions among the four groups(P＞0.05). Conclusion Ozone combined with Xianlingpi ointment is effective in the treatment of senile vaginitis.It can significantly improve vaginal environment，with high safety. |
