| 目的总结儿童艾滋病并麻疹的临床及流行病学特征，期待未来能制定出针对此类人群的麻疹预防策略，以达到消除麻疹的目标。方法回顾性分析 2例儿童艾滋病并麻疹的临床资料，并复习相关国内外文献资料。结果患艾滋病的儿童更容易感染麻疹，治疗难度大，病死率高，现有的麻疹预防措施不足以应对此类特殊人群。结论对所有感染艾滋病的儿童进行额外的麻疹疫苗接种，尤其在抗逆转录病毒产生免疫重建后，至少再提供一次麻疹疫苗接种的机会。 |

| Objective To summarize the clinical and epidemiological characteristics of measles in children infected with HIV，look forward to developing measles prevention strategies for such population in the future，in order to achieve the goal of eliminating measles.Methods The clinical data of two cases of measles in children infected with HIV were retrospectively analyzed，and rele? vant domestic and foreign literature were reviewed.Results Children with AIDS are more likely to be infected with measles，which increases the difficulty of treatment and leads to higher mortality.The existing measures to prevent measles are not sufficient to ad?dress such special populations.Conclusion Additional measles vaccination is required for all children infected with AIDS，espe? cially after the immune reconstitution caused by antiretroviral therapy，at least one more opportunity for measles vaccination will be provided. |
