      目的研究血清应答因子(SRF)、 α?平滑肌肌动蛋白(α?SMA)在食管癌及其淋巴结转移癌组织中差异表达的临床病理意义。方法收集 2017年 1月至 2018年 12月在唐山市人民医院行食管癌根治性手术的食管癌伴有淋巴结转移病人 68例,采用免疫组织化学染色法检测 68例手术标本的食管癌原位癌组织及其淋巴结转移癌组织中 SRF和 α?SMA的表达,并比较阳性表达率的差异。结果免疫组织化学染色结果显示,在食管鳞癌淋巴结转移癌组织中的 SRF、α?SMA阳性表达率分别为 73.53%和 77.94%,显著高于原位癌组织的 52.94%和 44.12%;SRF、α?SMA在淋巴结转移癌中的高表达与浸润深度、淋巴结转移区域和 TNM分期关系密切(P<0.05),且两者具有正相关性(P<0.05)。结论 SRF可能促进了食管癌淋巴结转移。
英文摘要:
      Objective To study the clinical significance of serum response factor(SRF)and α?smooth muscle actin(α?SMA)in lymphatic metastasis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC).Methods A total of 68 patients with esophageal cancer ac?companied by lymph node metastasis who underwent radical esophageal cancer surgery at Tangshan People’s Hospital from Janu?ary 2017 to December 2018 were collected.The expressions of SRF and?SMA in orthotopic esophageal carcinoma and lymph nodemetastases of 68 surgical specimens were determined by immunohistochemical staining,and the differences in positive expression rates were compared.Results Immunohistochemical staining showed that the positive expression of SRF and α?SMA in lymphaticmetastasis group were 73.53% and 77.94,respectively,which were significantly higher than 52.94% and 44.12% of carcinoma in si?tu tissue.The high expression of α?SMA and SRF in lymph node metastasis is closely related to the depth of invasion,lymph node metastasis area and TNM stage(P<0.05),and the positive expression of SRF had a correlation with positive expression of α?SMA(P<0.05).Conclusion SRF may promote lymphatic metastasis in ESCC.
