| 目的探究川芎嗪联合顺铂对老年病人(SDF?1)、凋亡抑制蛋白因子(Livin)、基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)表达的影响。方法选取 2016年 6月至 2018年 6月攀钢集团总医院密地院区收治的老年肺癌病人 140例，采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组各 70例。对照组采用 NP化疗方案，观察组在对照组基础上联合使用川芎嗪。比较两组治疗效果、生活质量、 SDF? 1、Livin α、Livin β、MMP?2、MMP?9水平。结果两组治疗有效率比较，差异无统计学意义［32(45.7%)比 43(61.4%)，χ2＝3.475，P＝0.062］；观察组生活质量评分高于对照组［(23.46±4.21)分比(14.19±3.32)分， t＝14.466，P＝0.000］；观察组 SDF?1、 Livinα、Livin β、MMP?2、MMP?9等均低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05)；观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组［40(57.1%)比 51(72.9%)，χ2＝4.272，P＝0.039］。结论川芎嗪联合顺铂治疗老年肺癌病人能够降低肿瘤组织 SDF?1、Livin、 MMPs表达，提高临床疗效，有助于提高病人生活质量，降低不良反应的发生。 |

| Objective To investigate the effects of ligustrazine combined with cisplatin on the expression of SDF?1，Livin and MMPs in elderly patients.Methods A total of 140 elderly patients with lung cancer who were admitted to Pangang Group HospitalArea from June 2016 to June 2018 were included in this study.The patients were assigned into the observation group and the con?trol group by random number table method，with 70 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with NP chemo? therapy，and patients in the observation group were combined with tetramethylpyrazine on the basis of the control group.The treat?ment effects，quality of life，SDF?1，Livin α，Livin β，MMP?2，and MMP?9 levels were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the treatment efficacy between the two groups［(32(45.7%)vs. 43(61.4%)，χ2＝3.475，P＝0.062)］； the quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group［(23.46±4.21)vs.(14.19±3.32)，t＝14.466，P＝0.000］； SDF?1，Livinα，Livin β，MMP?2，and MMP?9 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group，and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05)； the incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the observa? tion group than in the control group［40(57.1%)vs. 51(72.9%)，χ2＝4.272，P＝0.039］.Conclusion Tetramethylpyrazine com? bined with cisplatin can reduce the expression of SDF?1，Livin and MMPs in elderly patients with lung cancer，improve the clinical effect，help to improve the quality of life and reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions. |
